The application is filed for bringing legal representatives of original appellant No.6 - Sambha Vitthal Khandekar who admittedly died on 05.09.2015, by condoning the delay of 2400 days. Though the application is strongly opposed, but considering the fact that legal representatives of deceased appellant No.6 are already prosecuting the appeal, the application stands allowed by permitting them to prosecute the appeal.
