The present matter is placed before us in today's LokAdalat. 2.

The learned Advocate for the appellant has placed on record 'Pursis', which is marked as Exhibit-X. On instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw the first appeal. 3.

Permission is granted. The first appeal stands withdrawn. 4.

In view of the withdrawal of the first appeal, the amount alongwith interest deposited by the appellant/Insurance Company shall be disbursed to the respondents/claimants in accordance with the award passed by the MACT, Parbhani. The office is directed to draw the award accordingly. 5.

The office shall refund Court fees in accordance with law.
