Learned counsel for the petitioner / husband submits that the impugned order dated 22.8.2016 is passed by the trial Court granting interim maintenance to the respondent / wife. The said order is subject to the decision in HMP No.197 of 2016.

It is informed that the HMP No.197 of 2016 has been finally disposed off by judgment dated 8.6.2017. It is, therefore, stated that considering the same, this petition can be disposed off as being infructuous. 3.

In the light of the above, this petition stands disposed off as being infructuous.
