The applicant seeks to condone the delay of 27 days caused in filing the appeal.

Perusal of reasons shows that delay is occasioned on account of administrative compliances.

In that view of the matter, case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, civil application is allowed. Delay of 27 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. The appeal be registered.
