DATE : 18th MARCH, 2021 PER COURT :- These are applications for condonation of delay. There is delay of 475 days in filing first appeals challenging the Judgment and Award dated 12-03-2015 passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad, in Land Acquisition References No. 89 and 91 of 2014. 2.

Heard learned counsel for applicant.

None for the non-applicant, though, served long back. 4.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that sufficient cause has been shown in the application for causing delay in filing first appeals. He submits that the delay is bonafide and is not intentional. Though, present applications are pending from year 2017 and non-applicants are served long-back, no reply is filed to the present applications opposing prayer made in the application.

In that view of the matter and since the reasons stated in the applications are sufficient to justify the delay caused in filing first appeals. The civil applications are allowed. The delay is condoned. 6.
