Motion has been moved for speaking to the minutes of order dated 15.09.2025 passed in Criminal Application No.4395 of 2024. It is pointed out that though applicant has only one child, yet in paragraph No.6, line No.5 of the said order, inadvertently it is mentioned as "the applicant has filed application for heirship certificate along with two children", so also in line No.7 of the same paragraph, it is inadvertently mentioned as "applicant and her two children were the only legal heirs". [1]

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // appln-4395-2024 (spk).odt 2.

Taking into consideration the same, in line Nos.5 and 7 of paragraph No.6 of the said order, words "two children" be replaced with "her child".

Necessary corrections be carried out in the said order and corrected order be uploaded. Corrected writ be issued to the parties concerned. Copies issued, if any, be deemed to have been corrected accordingly.
