Mr. Jadhavar, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the committee for validation since January, 2014. The real brother of the petitioner is issued with validity certificate of Naikda tribe. Respondent No.2 be directed to issue validity certificate to the petitioner.

Learned A.G.P. submits that the Committee would consider record and decide the proceedings.

Respondent No.2- Committee shall decide validity proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner after considering relevant documents expeditiously, preferably within six months. The petitioner may appear before the Committee on 07.11.2017.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
