Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

Perused the charge sheet. The allegations of assault with weapon have been levelled against the applicants. They have faced the custodial interrogation. The weapons have been recovered from the applicants. The charge sheet has been filed. The applicant Arun has been arrested on 14.10.2022, applicant Dattatraya has been arrested on 05.08.2022 and applicant Rushikesh has been arrested on 02.08.2022. The

944-BA.1944-22+1.odt applicants are young boys. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicants. The trial would take its own time. However, the apprehension of the prosecution may be guarded by imposing certain conditions. Hence, the following order :

(ii) Applicant No.1 ARUN RAOSAHEB WANDHEKAR,

DATTATRAYA SURYABHAN DHANVATE in Bail Application No.1944 of 2022 and Applicant RUSHIKESH BHARAT PISE in Bail Application No.1945 of 2022 be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of the like amount each, in Crime No.748 of 2022, registered by Police Station Pathardi, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 323, 324, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC, on the condition not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
