The learned advocate for the applicants submits that the First Appeals have already been compromised and disposed of in Lok Adalat therefore the applicants be allowed to withdraw the remaining 25% of the amount lying with this Court. The learned A.G.P. admits the fact. 3.

In view of the above state of affairs, I find no hitch in allowing the applicants to withdraw the remaining amount of 25%. The Civil Applications are allowed.
