DATED : 12TH OCTOBER, 2015 ORDER :- Mr.Bhadekar, learned counsel for respondent submits that the Reference Court has decided many references in respect of the land acquired by notification u/s 4 of the Land Acquisition Act dated 30/3/1993. The present appellant has filed First Appeal No.121/12 with other connected appeals against judgment and award passed by Reference Court. This Court vide judgment and order dated 23/7/12 has dismissed said appeals. The land acquired in the present Reference is for the same purpose and vide the same notification as in First Appeal No.121/12.

2] For the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 23/7/2012 delivered in First Appeal No.121/12 with other connected appeals, present appeal also stands dismissed. However, with no order as to
