O R D E R

Learned Advocate Mr. Temkar alongwith the appellants and learned Counsel Mr. Abhijit Choudhari for respondent no.2/ICICI Lombard General Insurance Ltd., are present before the Panel today. They tender on record terms of settlement. The same is taken on record and marked as 'Exhibit-X' for identification.

With the assistance of learned Counsels, we have ascertained the identification of the parties. 3.

Parties before the Panel pray to dispose of the first appeals in terms of settlement at Exhibit-X.

925-FA-595-2017 W 3838-2017 -24.

As per the terms of settlement, the respondent no.2 shall deposit an additional amount of Rs.2,75,000/ (Rupees Two Lakhs Seventy Five Thousands only) before the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Sangamner within a period of two months from today. The appellants agree to receive the amount towards full and final settlement of their claim. 5.

On depositing amount, the same shall be disbursed to the appellants alongwith accrued interest.

The First Appeals are disposed of in terms of settlement at Exhibit-X.

The court fees be refunded as per rules.

8.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
