The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for both respondents and raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In the light of that, though Mr. Kolhare, the learned advocate for the petitioner sought to canvass submissions on merits of the matter, we are not inclined to consider the same. 3.
