Mr.Shelke, learned counsel submits that though proposal is given seeking approval to the petitioner from 2011, as yet no steps

{2} wp11230-14.odt are taken for deciding the said proposal. The petitioner no.2 is appointed after following provisions of law from handicap category. 2] We have issued notice to the respondents on 10/12/2014. Heard learned AGP.

3] In case proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner no.2 (Exhs. F,G and H) is not yet decided, the same shall be decided expeditiously preferably within four months from the date of this order on its own merits. Learned AGP shall communicate this order to the respondent no.2. Authenticate copy is allowed.

4] Till the proposal is decided, respondents shall not take any adverse action against petitioner only on the ground that proposal seeking approval is not yet decided .

5] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
