ORDER:- 1.

The learned Counsel Mr. V.P. Latange submits that he was there for the respondents in main appeal, but not having any instructions to appear in this civil application. The appearance of Mr. Latange as shown on board, is therefore, discharged.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicants. The respondents, despite service, remained absent. 3.

The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 226 days in filing the Review Application. The reason put-forth for causing delay is that there was lock down on account of Covid-19 pandemic. Moreover, the applicant No.1 was also suffering from hypertension and diabetes. There is no opposed by the other side since the respondents despite service,

(2) 911 CA-739.2023.odt remained absent. As such, the dlay of 226 days stands condoned.

The Review Application be registered after removal of office objections, if any.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
