The first appeals are filed and stay is granted subject to deposit of 50% amount as directed by the reference court. The amount is deposited in this court.

The present civil application is filed for withdrawal of amount. The learned counsel for the applicant has produced order dated 11.08.2023, passed in Civil Application No.6449 of 2023 in

2 969 First Appeal Stamp No.25993 of 2020 and the connected matters, this court has permitted the applicants to withdraw entire 50% amount deposited in this court.

In view of the same, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire 50% amount deposited in this court along with accrued interest thereon subject to furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court.

The civil application for withdrawal of amount is disposed of.
