Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-insurance company.

After having considered the grounds of objections raised in exception to the impugned judgment and award, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:

ORDER

i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

ii) Balance 25% be invested in Fixed Deposit

iii) The civil application stands disposed of.

iv) The disbursement of the amount of compensation permitted to be withdrawn shall be in accordance with the order passed by the Tribunal.
