The applicant seeks extension of time to deposit remaining amount of Rs. 6,00,000/-. As per order dated 22nd September, 2021, the applicant/petitioner was directed to deposit Rs. 16,00,000/-. The applicant/petitioner has yet deposited only Rs. 10,00,000/- and Rs. 6,00,000/- are still remaining to be deposited. 2.

Considering the submission of the learned advocate for the applicant and the fact that in the writ petition though notice is served, none appears for bank, we extend the time to deposit the entire amount as directed by this Court under order dated 22nd September, 2021 for a period of four weeks (04) from today. No

In case amount is not deposited within the extended time as directed above, then interim relief shall stand vacated. 4.
