The petitioner possesses a tribe certificate, but in incorrect format. He has submitted application (Exhibit-B) dated 26.07.2023 for issuance of a fresh tribe certificate in correct form 'C'. 2.

We dispose of the writ petition directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent no.2 on 25.10.2024 and serve his original tribe certificate. Thereafter respondent no.2 shall issue him another tribe certificate in the prescribed form 'C' within a week thereafter.
