Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.P. for the respondent State in all civil applications in this group. This court has dismissed the first appeals for want of prosecution. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are poor agriculturists and they are pursuing their appeals since 2002. The land acquisition references came to be dismissed by the Reference Court.

Learned A.G.P. has strongly resisted the applicatins.

In view of the above submissions, and for the reasons stated in the civil applications, all these civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause "A" and "B" and the same are disposed of accordingly.

List the first appeals for final hearing in the week commencing from 6th February, 2017.
