Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is owner pursuant to the registered sale deed in his name, however the property is not mutated in his name in the revenue record.

The learned counsel submits that committee is constituted under Circular dated 13.02.2015 to consider the grievance of the present nature.

In light of that the petitioner may approach the committee constituted under circular dated 13.02.2015. In case such application is made, the committee shall consider the grievance within three months from the date of application.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
