Two Advocates caused an appearance on behalf of the Petitioners. However, none were present at the first call. Even after a pass over, none are present.

The only prayer put forth by the Petitioners is, that Regular Civil Suit No.128/2022 filed before the learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Sailu, should be quashed and set aside on the ground of delay and laches.

Since the Petitioners are at liberty to raise this contention before the learned Trial Court, we do not find any reason to exercise our writ jurisdiction in the light of the prayers.
