Learned counsel submits that in connected appeals the Court has allowed the applicant to withdraw 80 % amount deposited on submitting undertaking to the Court and 20 % was directed to kept in Fixed Deposit. 2.

Considering the above, following order.

The applicant is allowed to withdraw 80 % amount deposited on submitting undertaking before the Executing Court and on condition that in case the applicant is directed to deposit the amount he shall deposit the same and remaining 20 % amount of compensation be kept in fixed deposit in Nationalized Bank.
