The petitioner has been served with the Vigilance Cell enquiry report on 02.01.2019. She responded by filing a reply on 15.06.2022, after three years and six months. She remained absent on 18.07.2022. The hearing is now posted on 14.12.2022.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The petitioner shall tender her written submissions in the personal hearing, scheduled on 14.12.2022.
