In pursuance of the order dated 12/08/2025, the Police authorities were directed to collect information as regards news that the appellant has committed suicide and submit report. 2.

Today, learned APP Mr Jadhav placed on record police report along with the death certificate of the appellant. The report is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 3.
