The petitioner is disqualified as Sarpanch of Group Grampanchayat of Nandur Haveli, Taluka & District Beed. Learned Advocate for the petitioner

(Order) (2) W.P. No. 12485 of 2019 submits that the petitioner has filed appeal before respondent no.01; however, same is not heard. 02.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that presently because of the ensuing State Assembly elections, hearing on appeal preferred by the petitioner could not take place.

The respondent - authority before whom the appeal filed by the petitioner, against her disqualification as Sarpanch, is pending, shall decide the stay petition, within a period of 15 days from the date of formation of new State Government. 04.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
