The Petitioner has already been terminated. He has approached the School Tribunal and has prayed for reinstatement in service, with continuity and full back wages. He claims that he was not paid salary for a particular period prior to his termination.

In view of the above, we leave this issue to be considered by the learned Tribunal. If the Petitioner succeeds and is granted reinstatement, continuity and full back wages, this portion of purported unpaid wages, would be looked into by the Tribunal.
