Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that respondent No. 8 be served through paper publication. He submits that he will get necessary publication done in newspaper "Daily Lokmat" or "Daily Sakal" and submit the compliance to that effect.

Learned counsel for applicant also prays for re-issuing notice to respondent No. 1.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that respondent No. 9 is residing on the address as given in appeal memo and he will take appropriate steps within two weeks from today to serve him, either by giving fresh address or seek paper publication.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed as above. The applicant to serve respondent No. 8 through paper publication in newspaper "Daily Lokmat" or "Daily Sakal" at his own costs and submit the compliance in the Registry on or before 16-02-2015.

Hamdast allowed for publication of notice to the learned counsel for applicant.
