This is an application for condonation of 62 days delay in filing the appeal against the discharge of Respondent No.2 by the learned Trial Court for the offences punishable under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The applicant being the victim and for the reasons stated in the application, we are inclined to condone the delay and hence the following order:
