The learned advocate for respondent No. 8 tenders across the bar a copy of the communication, together with the annexures received by him from the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad (Panchayat), Beed, dated 28.03.2025, mentioning, inter alia, that the disciplinary inquiry has reached the stage wherein the report of the inquiry has been submitted to the concerned Health Department for imposition of appropriate penalty. For that purpose, a request has been solicited.
