Present applications are made for extension of time to comply order dated 19.12.2016. We have heard learned A.G.P. for the applicant Mr. Pokharkar, learned Advocate for non-applicants. We have perused the contents of the Civil Applications. It appears that initially six months time was granted to the applicants to decide the claim of the non-applicant. Thereafter, three months' time was further extended.
