The application suffers from delay of eight days. The learned Registrar has refused registration for non removal of office objections.

Considering the above, this Civil Application is allowed subject to the following directions :

(a) All office objections shall be removed on/or before 01.02.2019, failing which the order of the Registrar dated 08.10.2018, would stand restored without reference to the Court on 02.02.2019. (b) If the above direction is complied with, the Writ Petition shall be registered and shall be listed for admission on 12.02.2019.
