The Petitioner has a statutory remedy of moving an online / offline application to the Divisional Commissioner, on or before 15.11.2023 and thereafter, the Divisional Commissioner would deal with the said representation. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that such an application / appeal has already been filed on 29.02.2023.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. We expect the Divisional Commissioner to deal with the pending khs/Oct.2023/13444
