The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present petition the order impugned has been withdrawn by the Education Officer and the order dated 06.09.2019 granting approval has been confirmed.

In that light of that, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall forward the salary bills of the petitioner to the Education Officer expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from today. On receipt of the same, the
