The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will appear before the Hon'ble Minister pursuant to the show cause notice. It is the contention of the petitioner that further inquiry of the Hon'ble Minister would be against the decision of the full Bench of this Court. According to the petitioner, the Hon'ble Minister has no jurisdiction to proceed with the inquiry. While, granting the liberty to the petitioner to withdraw the petition and appear before the Hon'ble Minister, it is directed that the Hon'ble Minister to decide the issue regarding the jurisdiction before proceeding with the matter. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
