It is to be noted that there is joint and several liability of the appellant in payment of compensation. The Insurance Company has not preferred any appeal. The employer has already insured the liability.

In the circumstances, no substantive question of law has arisen in the present appeal filed by the

CA-12649-2014 employer. Therefore, the application for condonation of delay itself would not survive. Civil Application no.12649 of 2014 is therefore dismissed.

The application for stay to the execution of the impugned order would also not survive. Civil Application no. 12650 of 2014 also stands disposed of. 5.

Both Applications stand disposed of.
