Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, submitted that, the petitioner will file an application for regularization of its tower, location of which is more specifically mentioned in prayer clause (A) of the petition, as per the prevalent rules and regulations of Respondent No.1, within a period of two weeks from today. 2) Mr. Bedre, learned counsel for respondent Corporation submitted that if such an application is filed by the petitioner, the respondents will consider the same as per the provisions of law and the Rules framed thereunder, within a period of six weeks therefrom and will take appropriate decision in the matter. 3) In view of the statement, on instructions, made by the learned counsel for respondent, the grievance of the petitioner as of today

Interim relief granted by order dated 14th January, 2022 to remain in force for a period of nine weeks from today. 4) In case, the proposal of the petitioner is turned down by the respondents, the interim order dated 14th January, 2022 to remain in operation for further period of two weeks therefrom.
