Mr. Patil, learned Addl. G.P. raises a preliminary objection that this Court may not exercise territorial jurisdiction. 3.

The petitioner is seeking directions against respondent no.2 to publish the final select list pursuant to the selection process conducted by respondent no.2 for filling the post at Solapur. No cause of action has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

In light of that, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file the proceedings before the appropriate forum. Gajanan
