By this application, the original petitioner prays for liberty to produce a copy of the resolution dated 29.10.1972 and original receipt said to have been issued by respondent No. 1. 2.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed. The petitioner shall bring these documents on record with proper pagination and supply copies to all the concerned sides, failing which, these documents will not be considered when the matter is heard.
