Heard the learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner. The learned counsel submits that the respondent No.13 died in the year 2014, however, the applicant came to know about the same only after going through the bailiff report submitted before this Court with regard to the service of the notice on respondent No.13. The applicant has thereafter collected the death certificate and also collected the information about the legal heirs of respondent No.13. The learned counsel submits that the delay is therefore caused. Though the notice has been issued to the proposed LRs of deceased-respondent No.13 and

In view of the above submissions and since the application is not resisted by the proposed LRs, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. 3.

List the Writ Petition on 31.01.2020.
