The petitioner is aggrieved by the defiance of the order passed by this Court in civil application no. 10770 of 2021 in writ petition no. 5049 of 2017 dated 07-10-2021.

Admittedly, the writ petition is still pending. It would be appropriate for the petitioner to make appropriate request in the writ petition by circulating the matter.

In my considered view, no cognizance by way of separate proceeding need be taken regarding the alleged dis-obedience. 4.
