Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the proposal seeking approval for including names of the petitioners in the educational portal (Shalarth Pranali) is pending with the Director of Education since 31st December 2018. It is submitted that the Director of Education had forwarded the proposal to the Deputy Director of Education. However, Deputy Director of Education has not taken any decision on the said proposal.

In the light of above, in case, proposal of the petitioners is pending with respondent no.03, with regard to inclusion of their names in educational portal (Shalarth Pranali), same shall be decided by respondent no.03 i.e. Deputy Director of Education, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of this order.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
