PER COURT :- Learned AGP points out a statutory remedy under Schedule "E" to Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code and submits that the petitioner will have to approach the District Collector for challenging the order of the Sub Divisional Officer passed under Section 247 of the Code.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the statutory remedy. The time spent by the petitioner in this Court from 23.10.2018 would be a ground for condonation of delay if he initiates a proceeding before the District Collector, within four weeks from today.
