Miss.Pansambal, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as Junior Clerk is pending with Respondent No.2

2 W.P.No.14554/17 since the year 2013. It is not yet decided.

Learned Government Pleader states that in case the proposal is pending, the authority would decide it in accordance with law.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as Junior Clerk is pending with the Education Officer (Exh.D) then the Education Officer shall decide it in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months.
