It is an application to bring on record legal heirs of late appellant No. 3 - Meena Ishwar Patil.

Heard Mr Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicants, Mr G.S. Khaire holding for Mr S.S. Dande, learned counsel for respondent No.1 and Mr S.G. Sangle, learned AGP for respondent No.2.

It is revealed that appellant No. 3 - Meena Ishwar Patil died on 16.04.2021 during Covid-19 Pandemic. She has left behind one son as shown in para No. 2 of the application. It is also pointed out that MIDC has preferred the appeal vide First Appeal No. 1615/2016 wherein the legal heirs of Meena Ishwar Patil are already brought on record.

Mr G.S. Khaire holding for Mr S.S. Dande, learned counsel for respondent No.1 has no objection to allow this application.

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C). (ii) The applicants to bring on record legal heirs of appellant No. 3 - Meena Ishwar Patil by making necessary amendment.
