The petitioner is awaiting approval to her appointment as an Assistant Teacher in the respondent no.4/school. The proposal forwarded by the Headmaster dated 05.12.2020 (Exhibit-D) is stated to be pending with the respondent no.3/Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Division, Nashik.

We dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondent no.3 to take appropriate decision on the proposal (Exhibit-D) as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks, if it has not been already decided.

The respondent no.3/Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Division, Nashik may consider the fact that in Writ Petition No.8792/2021 in the matter of Rajdip Nitin Kakade Vs. State of Maharashtra and Others dated 19.08.2024 a similar request was conceded to and subsequently he was granted approval and that fact may be considered while considering the petitioner's proposal.
