1] We have heard Mr.Vitthal G. Salgare learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent - State.

2] The parties are ad-idem that the present matter is covered by the Judgment of Division Bench of this Court passed in the case of Savitribai Narsayya Guddappa Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors.1 3] In the light of above, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of 2014 [6] Mh.L.J. 438
