PER COURT :- 1.

Today learned counsel for the petitioner produced on record a copy of the order made by the JMFC, Bhoom dated 19-11-2018. The order shows that the entire proceedings is dismissed by the JMFC under Section 203 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 2.

In the present proceedings, the order of the JMFC by which prayer of the petitioner to refer the case for investigation under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure was rejected, is challenged.

As the order of dismissal of the proceedings under Section 203 of the Code of Criminal Procedure can be challenged in revision in the Sessions Court, the present proceedings is disposed of.
