PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending since September 2018. The petitioner is taking education in the 3rd year B.Tech. Course.

The respondent no.3-Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 16.12.2019.

The respondents shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The

(2) 117-wp-13240-2018 respondents may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
