The petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to grant pay scale and service benefits from the date of his promotion i.e. 01.06.2020 on the post of "Graduate Teacher" which was claimed and for this claim he had made representations to respondent Nos.2 and 3. However his representations are yet not 1/2

929 WP 12542-2024 decided on merit. His representation dated 05.10.2020 is pending before the respondent No.2.

Hence, this petition is allowed with direction to respondent No.2 to take decision on the representation dated 05.10.2020, of the petitioner within four weeks from today.
