Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that, he has written instructions to withdraw the writ petition and submits that, the amount directed by this Court and deposited in the Court be allowed to be withdrawn.

The learned counsel for respondents opposes the request for withdrawal of amount.

The request for withdrawal is made after the term of the petitioner is over. The said withdrawal does not appear to be

In the light of that, I allow the request for withdrawal of petition subject to payment of cost of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousands only). The said amount shall be paid by the petitioner with the Legal Aid Sub Committee, Aurangabad and on submitting receipt of the same, he is allowed to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court.

The respondent authorities are entitled to take up appropriate proceedings, if they choose to with regard to recovery or otherwise against the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
